Nutrition Support Packages
Fast Start Foodie

You provide me with health history and a 3-day diet diary.  We meet one-on-one, and examine your current diet, lifestyle, and dietary preferences, assess any obstacles that prevent you from reaching your goals, and formulate a plan forward.


This 60-90 minute collaborative meeting is followed up with a strategy created just for you, and may include recipe ideas, food prep tips, time management, stress management, exercise plans, outside resources (books, websites, etc.), and anything else that will help you reach your goals.

A Nutrition Support Package is recommended if you either want to get very focused on peak health, or if you are dealing with a health issue. (Read more about nutrition and health issues at my Nutrition Therapy page!) Packages include everything described in the Fast Start Foodie program, plus subsequent meetings.  These packages are either month-to-month, or purchase a longer term plan for savings.


Packages include short weekly coaching calls where we check in, assess your progress and wins, and provide you with ongoing assistance and troubleshooting, as well as unlimited email access for questions and support. This plan also supplies a higher level of accountability to you!


Nutrition changes are not made overnight, therefore a short-term ongoing relationship is often the key to long-term change.

Grocery Gambit - Overhaul your grocery shopping.  The key to eating well starts at the store with smart shopping.  Let me show you how!  We will visit your local grocery store together, read labels, identify high quality products vs. low quality, and stay mindful of your budget. Tips on how to purchase products in bulk and online to save money will be provided. You can eat very well and not go broke! (For clients in 40mi radius, or plus a travel surcharge)

Cooking Class at Your Home for one to ten people - You decide who to invite and we will collaborate on the menu. You will be sent a detailed shopping list prior to class to pick up the needed groceries (or I can shop for an added fee). All menus will be healthy and can cater to gluten free, vegetarian, paleo, or whatever you want the class focus to be.  This is a low-stress way to learn how to cook healthy foods in a relaxing environment.  Depending on space and number enrolled, your class may have "hands on" elements.  Each participant will receive a recipe booklet at the beginning of class.

Metabolic Detoxification - We are exposed each year to more than 4 billion pounds of toxic chemicals which can accumulate in the body and affect overall health. Long-term exposure to even small amounts of these substances has been linked to a number of unwelcome health effects. Under normal circumstances, your body is able to rid itself of harmful chemicals and pollutants. But sometimes, the sheer volume of toxins to which you are exposed can overwhelm natural processes and accumulate in your tissues. Add to that an unhealthy diet lacking in proper nutrients, and the problem is magnified. Let me guide you through a 10 or 28 day detoxification program which will provide adequate fuel for both cleansing and other daily activities.  Some weight loss is to be expected with this program. This program can be a combination of shakes with food, or entirely food based.  Do a group detox with friends/family and get a discount on groups of 3 or more!

For your workplace, group, organization or home, I would love to speak on topics that are nutrition, health, and lifestyle related. Education is half the battle when making health decisions and improvements.


Classes can range from a one hour session to a day-long workshop with the option of cooking demonstrations. Topics can be tailored to your particular group and event, and may range from nutrition basics to topics on specific health conditions.
